OK, OK. I get it. I promise I will start writing my recipes down in a form which logical people can desipher...Hopefully within the next couple of weeks (baring no more spine surgeries or frontal brain air tumors) I will begin the loving TASK of trying to formulate my brains food thought into recipes.Don't get excited though. Because I might need a brain transplant before finished and you might end up with Jackalope crepes or some other such appetizing recipes.I'll try. I'll really, really will try.In the meantime, try learning to fold napkins into elephants or some creative tablescape. Taco Bell isn't such a bad place, is it?You must give a little credit, I am growing all my own Herbs. Of course the smarty pants mint is taking over all my basil and now I have mint flavored basil?Just smile SK, just smile.Of course, singer/song writer, Courtney Jones, my chef daughter, Darcy will want to put in their two bits.So I'm a work in progress. Just a small point of fact: I have enough pretty dishes and plates that you could stay a week and never see the same tablescape twice.Ron hates it when I go to Pier One or World Market. He keeps having to build me more cabinets to hold all my treasures..He just keeps hoping I won't get bored on any given day.
